I've recently hired an Enterprise van on 3 alernate occasions Aug - Nov 2025 for a house clearance.nThe whole process has been fantastic. The online booking along with the online check-in prior to collection was easy, clear & precise.nCustomer Service staff on collection & return were highly personable & professional. Having hired vehicles through work & pleasure across the globe I have to say that Enterprise @ Cardiff Airport have been marvellous.  The calibre & quality of the staff has been second to none

I booked a car moths ago, 2 weeks before I was due to arrive from Spain I called to check all was OK with booking, I was due to land at 7pm and was told they would wait for me.nOn the day my flight was delayed by 40mins, I informed them immediately of this, the person talking to me couldn't offer any advice so I asked to speak to the manager who flatly refuse to wait on and honour the hire. All he could offer was to move the booking to the next day. I was travelling to Swansea that night then to Sheffield on the Sunday returning to Spain on the Tuesday from Cardiff airport. I was able to hire a car from the Sheffield end from enterprise as it was just down the road from where I was staying. I hoped the manager there would have been able to help me but unfortunately not. Im taking this matter much much further.nCustomer service at the Cardiff branch, non-existent! On the strength of this item will never use enterprise car rental again.

Super helpful!!!nVery last minute car hire booking at Cardiff airport due to our Birmingham flight being diverted there last week.nAlex was unbelievably helpful, we were running slightly behind schedule due to luggage taking an age to appear, Alex waited for us and made the transaction super easy and straightforward.nHe was calm, helpful and super friendly. Meeting our needs efficiently with upmost professionalism, would definitely recommend.nThanks again Alex only wish the M4 traffic had been kinder

Max sorted all good explanation on detail of hire etc

During storm Daragh we arrived into Cardiff almost an hour late. Gabriella the receptionist stayed after hours to ensure we had our car. The booking was straightforward and the pick up and drop off went smoothly. The car was lovely and a really good price. We will definitely use Enterprise again! Great customer service!
