Was early for my pickup.  No one was there and I waited 30 mins. I was told they only show up at appt times. Returned the car,  no one was there. Was then charged for a missing parcel shelf that was not there at time of hire. Obviously I didn’t know there should have been one. Lazy and dishonest. I’m a frequent budget customer but I’d never hire from this budget again.
