I am a regular Enterprise user, so I am not basing my review on a one off experience. When I need a car or a van, which I do on a regular bases Enterprise is my first call. But never on line it can be too confusing asking lots of irelavant question, every time I favour human interaction. But never ever from their call center in the last 4 years I have had more bad experiences with them than good. Including that they have denied talking to me can’t talk to the same person twice, but most of all they never meet a customer face to face so have no compulsion to act professional.( to day I gave up as I could not understand the accent of the woman I was talking to, I am English speak good English with clear dictation living and working in England and wanting to hire a car in england ) Every time I call the local branch they can be and have been always helpful they know they are going to meet you at some point and need to be honest and polite. My Branch has been understanding to my requirements gone out there way to help and provide a good service. Regardless of what the call center says your branch can take bookings over the phone. If you explain what you want to achieve they are happy to lend their advise. ( big pat on the back Barnstaple branch )

Booked a car on line for collection the following morning only to get a call saying they could not honor the booking as they had no cars?? I was offered a car for that afternoon which was no use to me. I highlighted that its a faulty process to hire cars that are not available and the guy said "yes we get told that a lot" ! But it seems they have not changed the system?? To be fair though they have offered me a discount on my next booking. On the day I went to Badger car hire and they were great , quick, easy, cheap and good to deal with. My new car hire place of choice. 👍🏻

You start finding a car to rent at a price of £25 a day. Woaaw great. And adding another £25 if you drop it to a different location. Not finished. Either £1000 access you have accept even if it's not your fault in the event of a accidents you have to pay. Hiimmmm hold on a second. If you pay another £17 this access being drop to £100. To me very unfair. Anyway when you start with £25 you end up with £67 payment. (Although I needed the car for 120 miles journey and returned after 4 hours) SORRY BUT 2 STARS

Picked up from campsite kept informed by staff what time it would be after return run back to campsite. Staff very friendly and talkative during pick up and quick to sort paperwork to get you on your way.
