Great customer service. Although are not always able to collect you. Team are great and have always been looked after whilst there or through other means of communication. Reception desk could be fixed as is very dangerous when leaned on. Would rate highly and vehicle costs are best prices around. Please search before and you’ll see.

Been to Skelmersdale office twice in recent weeks and all the staff have been polite, friendly and efficient. Will be using this office again.

Terrible service, 15 mins notice to say they don’t have a car!! Told I could get one at another depot 3 hours later.Nope sorry we don’t have any cars then either!!! 
Never again.
