Run my own business, life opposite. Licence for 15 years and could of brought this rental out right. I had telephoned ahead and had it booked just as I was leaving on holiday. Nope, not with enterprise, have to be on the voting list, I am. . . They say I'm Not, I had JUST voted. Asks for payment on a credit card. I don't have it on me. Yet my limited business debit card full of money and they refused to lease me the car. Jokers. May as well of remortgaged my house to rent a bloody car for 5 days 🔫

Staff here are great. There is not a lot of rooms for drop offs and pick ups. But otherwise I would rent from here again.

If they Say they will pick you up in all their advertising they should & not be curt in response to your request! so I guess no american customer service either!

Picked up as stated. Called before hand. Lovely lady . Nice people in office. Perfect. Cannot fault.

All previous experiences would have rated a 5 star. However, this last time there was a very heavy sell for the additional insurance. Saying that if you do anything wrong you get fined 1000 GBP.... Left a very sour taste. 
Apart from that, car was fine and no problems on return
