I've never bothered to leave a review before but I feel obliged to warn my fellow hire customers. These guys called me 20 mins before my booking and said they didn't have any vans left - whats the point of booking if you dont keep the vehicle? The staff were polite but didn't offer any solution and could have cost me lots of money on a lost deal. They even took the full amount of money and I when I asked for a refund, they said I could do this online. I tried to but had no success. I asked customer service but they didnt help either. The entire thing was a farce and i literally have no time to waste on it. They took my money, no service provided and zero fs given. Please do yourself all a favour and avoid. Life's too short.

Avoid if possible, is my recommendation. Delivered car late, with flat tyre, unusable. They did not book tyre repair company for repair until I called next day to ask what was happening. 24 hours before tyre company turned up. Explained disappointment and frustration to 4 members of staff at Kirkcaldy Enterprise Hire during experience. Manager said he would do what he could to make things right. Then sent me a £205 bill for the tyre they damaged. Most unprofessional hire experience. It would be easy to assume they do not care about customers at all because they are getting the money anyway.

Wasn't aware of the Enterprise Tyre Cut scam prior to renting a vehicle last weekend which is incredibly disappointing to learn. Was accused of damaging two tyres which clearly had nothing to do with myself and was obviously there from previous rentals.nnAs mentioned to the branch manager Cameron, I'm a man of my word and if I had scrapped the tyres or hit something I'd own up to it. Highly disappointed.nnAlready made them aware I will dispute this claim against me and unless they have photographic evidence that the tyres were in perfect condition prior to me renting the car, they don't have a leg to stand on.nnEverybody needs to ensure they photo and video the whole car and tyres.nnWon't be using Enterprise again that's for sure.

Received a rental car following an accident while my car was repaired. The ladies in the office were great, really knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was easy and fast. Wish the rental cars had dash-cams but apart from that the car was great.  Have rented a van previously and again were top notch! Will be returning...miss the rental car a little hah!

The staff at this branch are lovely, Swift efficient service and always super friendly . They always remember me too so it’s nice to see a familiar face and feel valued as a returning customer .nnThe cars / vans are always spotless and I’mnalways happy with the service here :
