I booked the car online and I was dropped off by a friend to get the car but then they made me aware that under 25 people can’t rent there, frustrated that I didn’t find this out while booking the car. Then they didn’t offer any help or anything as I was stranded with no cell service and no car. They kinda suck.

Not a good experience to be honest, have been left feeling we have been ripped off. 
Do Not pay in advance, the website con's you into accepting a Lower / Best price (10%) cheaper, without actually explaining the constraints/restrictions of that option. Nowhere on the Reservation Confirmation and Key Facts which are sent to you via email once you pay, does it say you will forfeit the balance of what you have paid if you return the car early, I specifically asked the guy at the Bracknell site would we get a refund if we brought the car back early he said "yes of course" and was more concerned about trying to up-sell the insurance etc. The truth is that you will not get any money back, what he told me simply is not true, they hide behind Terms and Conditions, the manager saying you got a cheaper price you need to read Ts&Cs, when you eventually find the small print buried in the them, it does say that, however this is not made clear at time of making a booking and worst still clearly the team either need to be trained correctly or we were deliberately lied too.  I did ask to speak to an area manager as I wanted to express our concerns and experience, sadly they never called, leaving us to believe it is certainly Not Customer First. They did wave the £25 refuelling fee for the 40 miles we had done, however we felt that was because they realised taking £85 from an 80 year old man was too embarrassing even the them.

To begin with my booking was at the last minute but Alina the manager was absolutely brilliant and had a car ready for me in minutes. She carried out the whole transaction with a friendly calm and professional approach that put me totally at ease. Your staff really understand the meaning of great customer service and experience and Alina is a real credit to your business.

Very helpful staff, great little car. Returned it early because it was stressful for an American to drive in England! Everyone extremely nice and helpful. Thanks

The showroom is not where stated and not clearly signed.
The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and clearly explained the vehicle ,except to tell me the need to open the passenger door to fill up.
