The whole process was faster than I expected. Van was booked at midnight and I picked it up at 10am. In and Out in 15mins. Good service. Thanks

The Manager Gabrielle and Assistant manager Louis were courteous friendly and helpful.
I commend them both on their service and customer care.

I live in the States and always rent cars from Enterprise and I was not disappointed this time.
Thank you for your help in facilitating my trip and making driving around friends and family in England easy.

They took my payment upfront for the rental. Went to pick up vehicle didn't pass their address verification although i have been at my property for over 2 years and i have excellent credit as well as being on the electoral roll and paying all utilities.

These checks should have been done before my arrival. Not only have you wasted my time you have lost me money.

on top of this my initial payment will not be refunded for 10 working days.

Poor poor service. No offer to help, i could provide utility bills with my name on, alternative people to rent on my behalf etc.

I went to sixt and it was much better. 

Avoid this company, very rubbish!  Don't deserve a star!!!!
