Amazing service! Very flexible and great value for money. I was initially going to hire a van from another company as they told me enterprise usually charge extra when returning so I was worried but i took the risk and i was very happy. Dan was there when we collected the van and he was very helpful. I found everyone in the branch was very professional and helpful.

My initial experience with Kingsbury Enterprise was great, the gentlemen that sorted out my courtsey car was great but then once dropping off the car it went downhill. 

I left something very valuable in the vehicle and was told by many staff members that they will do their best to sort this out for me. I called nearly everyday for about 2 weeks and personally had to chase. 

I still have not heard anything - I understand maybe the customer had not called back or cannot find it but as a company who focuses on customer service this has been quite ridiculous and I won't be using them again. 

I honestly feel due to the lack of communication and help, that someone from the branch (Enterprise Kingsbury) has taken it for their own use.
