Trying to get through all morning for some basic account information.. ......only to be greeted with continuous ringing out or an engaged tone! If no one's answering the phone how can it be engaged????

Absolutly disgraced that I have wasted so much time a answer machines and kept getting put I on hold and then hung up on. HOW do you expect us to get through if staff have no bother in answering their phone!!! I am not wasting time to walk up which is far out for me and my young children when I just want basic information!!!!

Always check your paperwork, Pauline gave me a £150 loan and only gave me £100 cash. Credit union stuck with her and the cctv I requested had been deleted. It proved her stealing the £50 cash !!!! Still working at Page Moss utter disgrace.
