The priory is nice to go around. The lady who told us about the stone was very good. The views are amazing. The museum is very small and not a lot in it. Thought the price to get into both was a bit expensive for what was thereVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure

The Priory is just so beautiful and peaceful. The museum has been re organised and is much better set out than last year.
You can visit the church for free and have a fairly good view of the priory. If money is tight this is a good option. We paid to go into priory which is nice and very peacefulVisited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes

So much history here. When we visted in Christmas Break the actual Priory was closed but you can still see a lot. It was very windy and can be on the island so be prepared. Non residents are not allowed to drive into the village so cars have to be left at the big car park at the mouth of the village. Pay and display takes credit cards. Pay by Phone app also works. It was around £6 for the whole day. Driving in and out of the island is via the causeway which is only drivable duri g low tide so make sure you check the tide timings.
Very important historic place - but the local museum failed to present it in an engaging way. Not to mention that the local staff was not very kind. Clearly it was below the standard of English Heritage sites.
