I was on vacation with my family from Los Angeles to UK and we visited Jump Adventure Trampoline Park. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Jade Williams, the General Manager of Jump Adventure Trampoline Park was so cooperative and took my kids to watch the training video first. I loved that approach, since my kids were out of town, and they needed to understand the rules there first before they can start having fun. I also loved the party rooms there and all of them were decorated well for a great fun party. We went upstairs, they have a very nice café with a lot of choices for drinks and freshly cooked pizza. My wife loved the flavored water there. If you go next time to this place, I recommend trying that flavored water. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and my entire family loved it. Jade – love to see you again.
I booked the trip for my daughters nursery class for an end of year trip, as they were never going to get one with it being covid times and I thought it was really good value for money. We booked onto the gold package and the kids had an absolute blast. I'll definitely be coming back with my girls again.
Had my daughters 6th birthday party there today. Everything was fab! The staff member looking after us with regards to people management and food etc was awesome! Getting us all in the right place at the right time. We paid extra for a character too. They made that experience FAB by letting my daughter choose where the character went, when they wanted images. Not letting others NOT in the party get in and steal the occasion from her. Honestly it was amazing! Thank you to everyone who was there today looking after us. You did great, honestly.
Had the neon party for 10 children. Everything was really well organised. The kids had a great time, things were clean the staff were helpful. Totally took the stress out of birthday planning. Music TV and flashing lights were a lovely addition. Would recommend
Had my daughter birthday party at Jump and it was brilliant. Kids loved it. Staff super helpful and kids enjoyed the food as well.
Booked the gold party package with a week’s notice. Staff on the front desk were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Our party host was so helpful. The birthday girl Lilly-Rose and guests had the best time. Our first visit and we can’t wait to come back. Also wanted to say how fab the staff were with my autistic 3yr old. He freaked out about his band.. that was no issue, he didn’t have to wear it. He has no danger awareness and a flight risk so needed to be supervised with two of us at a time. We ended up with 3 of us rotating and agin no issue meant 1 of us could stay with the 2yr old. Staff were fab when he was just doing his thing and trying to get on the pillow or wipeout with grabbing him for us and stopping the activity. We can’t wait to bring him back for a toddler/off peak week day session. Thank you guys!
Went there yesterday, booked in advance. Really disorganised, staff seemed quite stressed out doing Saturday jump and a birthday party. The cafe though was the worst. Waited ages for my coffee. I politely pointed out loads of people got their coffee who were after me. The guy didn't even speak to me. Made my coffee and it was so bad, I left it there. For £3.75 that's appalling. Won't be returning. Only gave a 3 because my daughter enjoyed half of it.
My daughter had the most fantastic time for her 10th Birthday party! We booked the 'Neon' party and my daughter and her friends had an amazing time. The staff were extremely helpful from when I initially made the booking, some queries I had via email and then on the day of the party. All was exactly as expected from the booking and the children jumped themselves silly! Thank you to all at 'Jump Adventure' for making it such a special afternoon!
Jump hosted for my sons birthday party. They came to the rescue when our original party venue had suddenly closed their doors. The party host was very much on it and very friendly. The food was very good as well. They had plenty of jumping time. The only MINOR downside was not having the party room until 5 /10 minutes later, which I put down to them accommodating other parties at short notice. We were told to leave on the dot, which was fair enough,but we didn't get the full time in the party room. I would however recommend jump for a day visit and a party booking!
My boy and I love it at jump, the staff are always really helpful and fun. The good is good and reasonably priced. We have been to a few Halloween parties too which are always really good seeing everyone dressed up. So glad jump is in our home town x
