Quiet and empty when I went, in fact we were the last to leave and that was around 9.30pm. But saying that, it's expected as they've only reopened. Place seems similar to how it used to be. Prices start at around £24 so similar to other places around. The smoke is okay but not great. Have had better at other places.
I have just left this place and am appalled by the rude service from the waitress wearing black and red Jordan’s and black hair. She was very rude and impatient whilst taking our order with a lot of attitude I honestly wanted to leave at one point. £24 for the worst shisha I ever had in my life was not worth it. The vibes were dead the only one girl that was working ruined my experience. Left after 40 mins to go elsewhere would not recommend this place to any one .
This used to be a 10/10 spot shisha, food, drinks & customer service was fantastic. Recently all the staff have changed and it has become a less friendly environment the shisha flavours do not last as long as they used to & the drinks are not what they used to be. The staff are rude & take for ever to bring out the shisha & drinks

Had a fantastic time at Empire. Staff are extremely friendly and shisha was on point. Would highly recommend to anyone who knows their shisha. If staff are reading this, a huge thank you for your service and free virgin mocktail on my birthday.
I really liked this place. Good sheesha, polite staff, live place. Only thing i could think of that ruint my evening was that sofa. Not all of them are like that, but this one defo needed replacing. Apart from that, all good. Will do visit again.
Superb first class Shisha lounge, best one I’ve been too. Very friendly staff, always welcoming and the Shisha flavours are excellent. Definitely recommend to everyone!
The Service is ridiculously slow to the point where i had time to revise what i was going to talk about within this review, firstly i called to book a table at 19:30 and was told that there was no need to book a table and just walk in so I assumed it was a quiet day when i got to the venue i had to have a back and fourth with an incompetent member of staff which resulted in us eventually getting a table pushed away in the corner, multiple members of staff walked past us still nobody even offering us so much as an acknowledgement let alone a menu, i had to personally go up and get menus myself and tell a member of staff about how slow the service was we are currently on an hour and a half wait and we have just received our first pot of shisha still no drinks i would not recommend a vist here I’ll probably leave another review on the food itself ciao for now
AVOID AT ALL COST. paid a visit with my mum and a friend. we ordered 3 meals , 3 drinks and A shisha. staff told us we had to have 2 shishas between us or change our order to 3 mocktails. when challenged about this staff rudely asked us to leave. staff could not justify the reasoning and blamed this policy on the owner.
So here i wud like to share something I really love it here and i will like to come more and more here and the shisha was so so good even the staff they are kindness specially tania and ash they were really good and thanks so much the waitress was the best :
