Good place for a function of about a 100 people. Kitchen is so small as service delayed.. Easy to locate
Great place for any event. There is a small hall downstairs for a reception and a large banqueting hall upstairs. There is disabled entrance and lift to take you up. There is some car parking but it was cordoned off so I couldn't use it. Overall, a decent event venue.
I usually pass in front of the building on odd occasions I find myself around that neighbourhood but I never knew or envisage how magnificent it could be until the opportunity presented itself. I was at platinum lounge for birthday reception organised by a friend, the building is accessible for wheelchair users as there is a lift to the First floor, there are toilets on both floors and adequate security to maintain some decorum and protection. The banqueting Hall, is large spacious, well lit l, soundproof and there are decorative lights that can be configured to any ambience you want it to be. The only drawback is the parking space which is not enough and visitors to the Lounge may have to make use of adjoining streets to do their parking
Good venue for small weddings and birthday celebrations.
Was working there as a wedding vendor and first of all there was a leak in the air con. Also one of the security guys an Asian guy was being rather aggresive, abrasive, stubborn and rude over every small thing. He needs to learn to communicate more politely with people who aren't familiar with the facilities of the place if you want to put your point across about noise levels; or better yet ask the host of the event to make a PSA!! If someone invites me to an event and it's at that venue, I'm not coming there again.
Nice venue and convenient, bottom floor hall is small but enough for around 150, top hall alot larger.
I went recently for a wedding reception here and it was a nice place. Really likked the hall and nice clean bathrooms. Had to park in one of the residential roads, but not sure how much parking capacity they actually have for guests.
Good size hall for medium size party only issue was parking.
Great venue, lift served if you have mobility issues.
Good venue for functions, I attended a private function. Looks recently refurbished. The toilets are amazing, taps like I have never seen before! Parking can be difficult, permit holders only in the surrounding areas.
