Absoutely disgusting treatment of their birds! Cockatiel in the cage was clearly stressed, laboured breathing and was missing tail feathers of which others were mangled! Had nowhere to hide to feel safe and was very clearly terrified of the staff. Additionally, one of the staff got out a butterfly net and completely rough handled a budgie to the bottom of the cage and held it way too tightly while grabbing it out. Obviously don't understand how to handle the pets they're working with. Never going back in my right mind, left with my blood boiling.

Very helpful and friendly staff never a problem. If something need a sorted they sort it straight away. Defiantly recommended.

Friendly staff and clean cages and tanks.i got my 1st ferrets from here 
they are  coming up 6 this year
Also got hamsters here never had a problem.id rather go here then pets at home where pets are industrial breed

Always get the best advice on my pets!  The staff have helped me raise my 2 dogs and many birds with excellent help on the the best nutrition.  I wouldn't use any other pet store.
