God Awful!! Called them to fix a broken toilet on a Friday lunchtime. I got quoted what I deemed a high rate but to get the job done at a quick response I understand the premium. I was told their engineer would attend between 4 and 5. I then get a call at 4:30 telling me the engineer had overrun his last job and wouldn't be able to make it so would have to rearrange for the following morning between 9 and 10. It is now Tuesday and still no engineer, no call to explain, no apologies when I called and cancelled just a bit of a grunt and a "that's cancelled then . . . ." from the operator. Emergency Response Group, that don't respond to emergencies, oh the Irony.
