Arrogant head office sales techniques. Poor workmanship first installation was shoddy both workmanship and surround finish, second attempt by another fitter was not that much better. Our expensive 'High-end' fire has ended up being unusable after only 5 years, despite constant and regular 5-star servicing by professionals. Disappointing. Am now looking elsewhere.
Shop isn’t even in Winchester any more. They’ve diverted the Winchester Phone calls to Southampton but don’t bother to tell you that when you phone. They haven’t bothered to change google places so directions to wrong town.
