This company is an unreliable rip off! Avoid at all cost! We called at 7 p.m. for a real emergency, but despite standing ankle deep in rapidly rising water the telephone operator took ages to record every detail, including email, all phone numbers and card details first, without being in the slightest concerned about getting someone to us quickly. The costs then quoted were a ripoff, and even better: not only did the company then NOT ARRIVE within the stiputated 30-90 minutes, but - they didn't come at all! Finally, nearly three-and-a-half hours later, (when it was too late to call any other plumber) they haltingly conceded that noone was available. And as they apparently 'got the number wrong' (both numbers?) we had to call several times before we even got that information. Their quote for a callout the next day was more than twice what the local plumber charged who came the next day. Never again!
