Unfortunately I have to give one star as can't really give a bit fat zero. What a total waste of time. Spoke to 7 people from between September to December. Just wanted to order a simple part. We had a log burner flue fitted a while back which seemed good. Something has definitely changed . Unhelpful Unreliable And down right rude. Please look elsewhere.
Shocking service, they tell you they will call you back but never do. It seems No one can give you any answers over the phone, they always have to ask Mike who is always with a customer apparently. They told me they have 3 lots of fitters but actually they only have 1. Just constant lie after lie.
Terrible company. Took our money, promised the product in a week, when chasing due to lack of communication, we were promised call backs time and time again. No call backs ever received! Staff were rude and a real lack of customer service skills!!! Not trustworthy and still haven’t received the product.
This is an outstanding business. Were received enthusiastic and expert help in our choice of a new bathroom from the ever patient Belinda, and paid a very reasonable amount for very beautiful bathroom fittings. The installation team were considerate, friendly and thoroughly professional throughout, and I would recommend these people to anyone!
My wife and I were both very pleased with the service that we had from the staff at Trews, I would especially like to thank Mike and Belinda for the customer care that we received from them, very professional, nothing was too much trouble. We found that Belinda was very knowledgeable in answering all the questions that was put to her regarding materials that we required for our bathroom refurbishment, it looks fab. It is refreshing to know that there are still some companies who have such high regard for their customers. We will certainly be recommending you to family and friends.
Initial contact was excellent, we found Belinda very knowledgeable and advised us the best way to go, suggested fittings etc which was a great help, they gave us a date around a month later to start the work. Day came and went, no fitters, no phone call nothing, we had to call midweek to see where they were, just a vague apology and they would start week after. Work starts, fitters doing well but very very messy, no dust sheets no floor protection so a big clean up every evening. Tiling went on and we had to point out should have been a light switch fitted, now too late so had to compromise, vague apology from shop, Bathroom finished to a very high standard, shame they fitted the wrong worktop, again a vague apology from the shop, also wrong extractor fan fitted but this was eventually changed. the biggest disappointment was the total lack of aftercare or post inspection or even a call to say are you happy, nothing at all from the shop, not good practise. We had a wood burner fitted by Trews the year before and they were excellent, shame they could not repeat the experience
At the moment not very good bought and had my gas stove installed last October he left after not completimg the job and came back at end of March to complete. Still waiting for him to finish sealing the chimney. After texnow given up and putting in former compliant x ting and phoning over 7 days 30+calls still no reply. Angeline Williams
As an interior designer I have used Trews for countless jobs. I 100% recommend them for great service, quality products and dedicated aftercare. Belinda will bend over backwards to find what you're looking for and has excellent taste. I love supporting local businesses.
Purchased a wood burner 2017. Issues with it from new, phoned, so many times, emailed so many times, spoken with Mr Mike Trew, Belinda, Jason & Carol, still not resolved. Waiting for replacement parts. Phoned again today 12th March spoke to Carol, who said Belinda will give me a phone call back tomorrow. Will keep you updated.
F G Trew, is one of the best companies I and my wife have dealt with in ordering a complete bathroom refit. Belinda was first class in taking and advising us on our order. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The goods where delivered on time and also extra product I ordered was delivered the next day. I would highley recomed Trews, a truly first class local company. Well done Trews, Belinda and also Tim & Steve of TJM BATHROOM AND TILING COMPANY for their super fitting and installing the bathroom and tiling.
