EMD boiler services have provided me with a top class service when my oil central heating packed up.  Called out that day and the job turned out to be a much bigger repair than was first thought. It didn't faze Eamon and he went the extra mile in after sales to make sure i was happy with everything. highly recommend. Cheers Ramon. Another satisfied  customer.

Burner broke and phoned EMD to do repair. The company replaced a part and the burner was running again. However the replaced part was faulty and the company will not replace or change this part or even offer a refund. Now I am back were I started and will need to fork out another £120 pounds to another company to get my heat on. Do not use a company that will not stand over their products. Going to get in touch with Financial Ombudsman to get this matter resolved. All completely unnecessary if I was dealing with a reputable firm.

very satisfied with the work that emd boiler services has done for me called on a saturday out of business hours and fixed my heating cant recommend this business enough

Phoned EMD on a saturday night with a breakdown they offer a 24/7 on all breakdowns. EMD called out and had me up and running within the hour fantastic service would highly recommend.
