I got my dress from Sally and when it arrived I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not, with suggestions and guidance from Sally, and lots of sewing and unpicking and more sewing and unpicking, I ended up with the dress I could only dream of. NOTHING was to much trouble and Sally was extremely accommodating when it came to helping me decide what I liked and didn’t like, with only a week to go Sally unpicked all the beading she had previously stitched on just so my dress was how I wished it would be. Sally made me dress buying such a lovely experience and her cheerful smile will be missed now it is all over. So thank you Sally for all you done to make an indecisive bride a happy bride xxxx

Sally and her team have always been so friendly they have made me and my bridesmaids always feel welcome.. they go above and beyond.. i would highly recommend so many beautiful dresses the shop is amazing and so are the team 💜💜 Thank you ladies for all your help xxx

Totally awful experience. Dress wasn't sent to me when agreed, was the wrong size and took no notice of the measurements. Lots of dishonesty!!!! I have had a full refund and now i have to start looking for a dress all over again. My experience has left me feeling very angry. And now being threatened with legal proceedings because of sharing our review/experience. Wouldn't want any other bride to feel the same way that I do right now. Update*****the statement about abusive phone calls are untrue. If you would like to dicuss this then pls feel free to Ring me. Photographic evidence will be taken of the dress showing perfect condition so not to be any confusion.

The owner wouldn't now the truth if it slapped her in the face. Unprofessional, incompetent and a liar to boot , not the sort of woman you want to do business with let alone provide a dress for your wedding .. she is eager to take your money and make promises she clearly cannot keep but tells you lies in order to secure a sale, she makes a complete mess of the order and then lies and blames other wedding shop owners. Stay clear of this woman she ruins thing and finds it funny when she has been caught out. So many lies she tripped herself up. Needless to say I’ve had a refund.. she is a nasty piece of work , I believe in karma , she will get hers. I would hate for any other bride to go through what we have been through.

I loved the shop as had a huge range of dresses I could actually try on as all were size 16 and above. I found a stunning Sophia Tolli dress and fell in love. The ladies were helpful and knew their stuff. Made my whole experience great and will certainly recommend them to everyone.
