Fabulous family run business. Nothing is too much trouble, so very helpful and the owners Jo and Pete are such a lovely couple. Prices are very competitive and service is second to none. You also get greeted by Lottie when you call in , the loveliest dog 😍👍

Very impressed by everything embers did for me. We had a very difficult installation as we had no existing chimney breast. On top of this we had a hollow core concrete floor on the first floor. This had to be core drilled in order to get a twin wall flue through. A structural engineers report was written and approved by the council before the work was carried out. Also, because we had to get planning permission beforehand, the flue could only exit the roof in a certain place/height. Pete and the team made sure everything was done correctly including making sure it abided by hetas rules. We also requested a fake chimney breast to be built to hide the flue. The finished product looks amazing! We have had the multifuel burner in for a year now and it's been well worth it. Don't hesitate to call embers they will look after you.

Great service all round. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, from my initial enquiry and consultation through to the fitting today. The stove looks great; I will definitely be recommending Embers to people I know.

Superb friendly professional service highly recommend them Pete and Joanna go above and beyond to make sure you are fully involved with all aspects from survey to installation and after care is fantastic as well
