My first visit to the salon today and I was made extremely relaxed and welcome by all members of staff. My stylist was Amy and she was  punctual, very friendly, helpful and highly professional throughout. She listened to, and understood exactly what I wanted. Hair dresser was fine  but being asked to stay outside  in the cold when your elderly does not work. They should allow time between  appointments  to allow for taking the payment, making the next appointment  and cleaning up.

Thanks so much for a relaxing morning of our wedding at the Netherwood Hotel 29th September 2018 what a fantastic experience everyone was so pleased with their hair especially me thanks caroline and team. We will remember our chilled out morning forever Thanks again xx
