Great Pharmacy! I'm visiting occasionally from Lancaster, so have collected prescriptions from here. What a difference! Items are usually in stock and if not, the pharmacy will get them for you pdq. Pharmacist is efficient, knowledgeable and good humoured and a complete contrast to my usual chemist in Asda! Thanks Boots Carnforth and keep up the great customer service!
Recently, I had an issue with a Dyson hairdryer which had been causing me problems for almost a year & Dyson refused to help. Lisa at Boots, however, managed to solve the issue in just a couple of days! The staff in this store are always lovely, friendly and helpful but this was above and beyond the call of duty & the wonderful service given, was greatly appreciated - thank you.
Today August 9th, I had occasion to visit the Carnforth branch as I had carelessly not brought enough of a medication to last for my stay in the area. The lady pharmacist was delightful and very quickly addressed my problem and supplied me with my request! All that was necessary was for me to show her my NHS app. A very big thank you!
Wouldn't give any stars. I went with my husband who is in alot of pain to collect his prescription. He is exempt from paying for prescriptions. She shouted across the shop do you pay for your prescriptions and really embarrassed us.
Very rude staff when I tried to pay for 2 items with a Scottish £20. Pharmacist asked another member of staff if she coyld accept it. Then both staff made a big show of testing it with pen and holding it up to the light. They said there had been some forgeries and they had stopped taking Scottish notes for a while. I felt like a criminal as there were other customers behind me in the queue. They eventually accepted the note but didn't apologise just said thanks. Wish I had went to the coop or Carnforth pharmacy as I'm sure they would have had better manners. Not impressed with the customer service. Could have been handled much better, especially by the pharmacist. Very unprofessional.
Staying in Carnforth for long weekend. Forgot my medication, in conjunction with NHS 111 and Boots Pharmacy staff they were extremely helpful and considerate in ensuring prescription was actioned and delivered to me. Can't thank them enough
Love boots chemist a high street favourite been around for decades have everything you need from first aid bandages and plasters to professional staff in every store if you have any health question. The boots card scheme is very handy you can collect points for special offers and discounts on products.
Changed from a chemist that took a week to fill a prescription to this one whi h do them the same day if your in need .So pleased we changed .
