After renting ski boots for the last 5 years both my husband and I bit the bullet and decided to look into buying our own boots. We were up from Cumbria visiting Snow Factor and popped in before our session. We approached a guy called Chris M (from Rochdale) he was SUPERB. He listended to what we were looking for and was happy to talk us through and try on boots that he thought would suit. My feet are pretty normal but I have narrow feet and ankles my husband has limited mobility in his ankles and high arches some great advice was given. At no point were were felt pressured into buying anything. We both felt that the advice and time Chris spent with us was so professional we decided to go ahead with purchase what Chris had suggested. Chris also custom fit both our boots too. We tried them out today and my husband popped in afterwards to have some tweaks made. Again Chris was excellent. Well done Ellis Brigham. I hope management read this review and give Chris some praise and pay rise!

As a novice skier the guys were super helpful in recommending everything from socks to ski poles. And when I needed a new visor for my helmet. They sourced me websites to get it from cos UVEX were unable to supply them. The staff go above & beyond

Had a few problems due to buying an older model of board and it having a few cosmetic damages customer services sent me an email warning me with some solutions to the problem. Tristan was a great help due to the fact I didn't have time to send the board back and receive a different one in time. He's a real credit to the company! Thanks again!

We arrived at the Glasgow Braehead Store at 7.00pm on Wednesday expecting the store to be open until 9pm (as was stated on the Intu Braehead website) only to find them beginning to shut up the shop! We had a bit of a panic because this was our last chance to shop before our Ski holiday. The manager (sorry I can’t remember his name) was amazing! He spend ages talking through each of the goggles with us and gave an excellent service despite clearly getting ready to go home. Thanks to him we got everything we needed.

Great service yesterday, got my boots a week late for my birthday but I got them and staff member was super, thank you big improvement
