I spent many months reviewing who I would like to be my financial advisor and have to say I'm incredibly happy with my decision to chose Eloise Bates. Since moving my pension fund to Ellis Bates when I was unhappy with a previous company's handling and performance, I can honestly say I did the right thing. Their subsequent advice on this and other financial matters over the years has been realistic and logical, saving me money in the process. They do what they say they're going to do with minimal delay and I've never felt under any pressure to proceed with any financial planning suggestions. I had a fantastic experience with this firm.  Their advisor was excellent and gave sound advice on the financial advice process and the specifics of my financial situation, but what really blew me away was his integrity.  Where other firms might have tried to sell their own services as more profitable to them, my IFA bent over backwards to give me an honest appraisal of what's best for me, even though Ellis Bates would earn less from it.  I will definitely look to use them again in the future.

Mark Chandler has looked after my finances for the last 4 yrs. The last 12 months have seen disappointing results for all the financial markets. Ellis Bates portfolio has minimised the impact on my finances. While not over happy at my investment not returning a profit this year, Mark Chandler fully explained the reasons for this & pointed out that my investments are still showing a profit since they were taken out.
