Been using for a year but very poor service of late. Took a hour from getting to the bus stop to getting home. I know it's not the drivers fault. But you need to remove the 10 minutes signs off all buses as it 30min wait
Used this for the first time yesterday. Great experience. Plenty of parking spaces, bus driver was extremely helpful and saved me from paying a fortune for city centre parking
The car park is so easy to get to. The buses are very frequent and the bus drivers are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using the park and ride for shopping trips to Leeds in the future.
Excellent bit of infrastructure. Very quick bus link to the city centre. Parking is free and they have electric car charging points. Hugh capacity.
This bus was cancelled after the match yesterday 31/7/22 despite the fact that apparently the operators knew and charged us for return tickets. Can anyone explain?
The service has been great until this week. The travel back to Elland Road, now goes all round the houses and added 20 minutes to Mt journey:- . Staff remain pleasant and friendly
Went into Leeds on Sunday only to be turned away from 3 car parks all full !! My wife said let's try the park and ride and its the best thing we have done.Buses were clean and tidy ran on time dropped off right in the centre of Leeds brilliant service and at a great price. My days of paying for overpriced parking in Leeds are over it's park and ride for me in future but don,t tell everyone !
Friendly drivers and on site staff; cheap all day parking combined with an easy bus journey; buses almost always run on time and when they are a little late it is not the fault of the drivers but rather the inner-city traffic which can't be helped! Great service which I would definitely recommend.
Whole-heartedly recommend this service. Punctual and regular service. Pleasant drivers. Pristine, modern buses with reliable free wi-fi. Excellent value. No more paying over-priced parking charges in Leeds. Truly converted to use public transport with this service.
Bus drivers are good. Staff on site are good. On phone customer service is terrible. Buses are sometimes on time in the morning. In the evening at rush hour when you need the service to be good it's absolutely terrible. The solution is more buses at rush hour but this is flatly ignored and dismissed by on the phone customer service. They've sold everyone on a promise of buses every 10 mins and 10 minute journey into the city and they can't get anywhere near being able to deliver on this promise. Yet they still charge the same prices! Reductions for bulk buy tickets are also terrible. You save pennies. Bulk buy could be priced much better for the customer.
