Saturday 30/09/17 we used Elland cars to get us from the Sportsman Greetland to our home in Hove Edge it was a nice clean car piloted by (I think) Max who’s driving was fine his knowledge of our are was great I would recommend and use this out fit again.

Absolutely appalling service from Elland Cars today. As somebody who has used Elland Cars for over 20 years I cannot say how disappointed I have been. A pre-booked car failed to turn up to take us to our restaurant.  Two separate cars needed to be sent. We were told the 7 seater "wasn't available today" despite having been booked during the day. The 7 seater then turned up to bring us home from Huddersfield to Elland , only at The calvary arms did he put the meter on. Back in Elland the driver needed to call through to find out a price. Then on coming home from elland to West Vale the operator in the office was not sure whichor address I was ringing from, despite having collected me from there on multiple occasions, saying there was no such address.  When I expressed my dissatisfaction he told me "not to be like that" at my home address the driver stopped and I was prepared to pay the fare...however the meter kept running. I said I wasn't happy, but paid and the driver swore under his breath. Gone are the days of Elland Cars calling you by your name and providing good service (I will say I've not changed my number since I started using them so they know who I am). Very disappointed

Have been our taxi of choice for many years and when they say 10-15 mins they are usually there earlier.  Booked for 7.30am to go to Halifax station this week, there at 7.25am.
