I had an excellent introduction recently to Elizabeth Ann of Exeter. I needed some shoes to match the dress and jacket I will be wearing for an important wedding in September. I could not have had more help to find the shoes which both match my colours perfectly and are also very comfortable. I am delighted to have found Elizabeth Ann where there is a large range of shoes available accompanied by the owner's 100% knowledge of her stock together with her very keen sense of style and colour. I shall be back there again.

SHAME ON YOU,! Turning my daughter and her blind friend out of your shop because she had a guide dog, would rather walk over broken glass barefoot than shop in here ever again. Let’s hope you never have to walk in this amazing girls shoes but your loss because that 2 families that will never line your greedy pockets again. I could give a diatribe of what I want to call you but I’m too much of a lady to swear in public !

I've never met such a rude shopkeeper. When asking about her fur boots, we asked if she had any without fur as my mum doesn't like fur, her reply was "Well plenty of people do, so they will sell don't worry. Goodbye!" I can't believe someone working with the public could be so rude! I've never been so shocked by a shop worker in my life.
