After rupturing my ACL in a skiing accident, I was understandably nervous about recovery. Working with Ahmad at Elite made an enormous difference. His calm expertise, encouragement, and carefully structured strength programme helped me rebuild stability and confidence step by step. I chose to recover without surgery, and with his guidance I’ve regained full strength and have even returned to skiing. I’m incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I visited after an injury. Referral to an NHS physio was a 4 month wait just for a triage appointment, but Elite Physical Medicine saw and assessed me privately within a week. The appointments were reasonably priced. My assigned physio, Ahmad was personable and professional. My lifestyle and previous sports experience was taken into account. I was given a range of exercises quickly, and offered a scan once they were clearer where the issue was. The exercises were provided conveniently on an app for me to do at home. Once there was clear improvement, I was discharged quickly with a clear set of goals moving forward. I would recommend this physio.

In November I strained a muscle around my rib from coughing so much whilst pregnant. I was told by a doctor the only thing I could do was rest so I tried doing that but by mid January I was really struggling with the pain and it was only getting worse so I booked in to see Gemma. I was really impressed with how thorough she was, we didn't just speak about my muscle pain but also lots of other issues I might have from pregnancy. I was given lots of advice and exercises and booked in to to see her again. I've now had 3 sessions and my muscle is pretty much healed and I feel like I can finally enjoy my pregnancy. I've also been given more exercises to help with my core and pelvic floor to help with the rest of my pregnancy and post recovery. I'm so happy with the treatment I received and wish I had gone to see her sooner!

I have used Elite Physical a number of times over the years, once again I’m in need of their expertise.nThis time I have had a great experience with Logan as my physiotherapist. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to really listen and understand the issue rather than rushing through appointments.nLogan clearly explains what’s going on with your body and tailors the treatment and exercise to suit your needs. I felt comfortable, supported and confident in the recovery plan he put together for me.nI have noticed real improvement and would highly recommend Logan to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

After having my third child and wanting to get back into running, I booked an appointment to see Gemma at Elite Physical Medicine. She was wonderful and explained everything very clearly. She has given me a personalised plan and I am excited to get started!  Already booked my follow up!
