Recently bought a 2015 Peugeot 308 GT from Elite Motors of Garstang Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Visited the weekend prior and test drove 3 different cars and Karl the salesman was more than happy and helpful. No pressure sales when I was unsure and went away to think it over. Went back the following weekend to test drive the Peugeot and was over the moon with it! Karl helped me again and was very knowledgeable and friendly, left me to explore the car and come to a decision on my own! The car was immaculate throughout too! Bought it on that day and within no time with the help of Karl and Neil, finance was secured. The guys were wonderful, offering me and my family drinks, great chat and overall top notch buying experience! They even threw in a 12 months MOT and service before collection a few days later! Will certainly be going back to them when it comes to changing cars in the future! Highly rated!!!
I have recently just bought a car from this garage, the service was great, quick and efficient, highly informative to me about my car and even stayed late to let me test drive! Was recommended to use elite by my local garage who do all my work on my car and van. Wasn't disappointed, we purchased a Honda crv and its fantastic. Since I bought it I've took it back a couple of times because I didn't know how to use some of the technology on the car. The lads were only too happy to help me, each time I took it. They are very knowledgeable and made the sale very easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend elite.
AVOID AVOID!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE COYBOYS!!! Brought a car in January of these since then it’s been back since the first week with problems ranging from the car going in to limp mode to faulty electrical wheel nuts falling out and no air con gas claiming it’s been serviced it hasn’t claiming they have fixed the problems every time they have just bodged it on the cheep by some back street garage they also map cars to get rid of fault codes so it voids your warranty as they can find it out both my self and my finance company has had to spend money fixing the problems I could go on with the amount of problems I’ve had never known such a bunch on cowboys who have no regard for anyone I have a young child and they didn’t care about the fact the car was unsafe photos below I look forward to your response what petty excuse will you come up with like you do with everyone else’s bad review on here? And before you turn around and say why have a just posted a review now I think anyone who is thinking of purchasing a car from you should know of my experience I might encourage them to go to a proper professional car dealership who doesn’t jeopardise safety and standards and who are professional not cowboys if you would like me to post anymore evidence let me know I’ll be happy to

I bought a 66 plate X5 M 40D from Elite recently and I was frankly blown away by the quality of service and professionalism I encountered from every member of staff. The car itself was exactly as described, beautifully presented, and priced honestly. The Gent I dealt with, Carl was wonderful, open, honest, and never pushy. I can't praise Elite Motors highly enough, highly recommended
Bought a vehicle from here 2 months ago. Booked into AUDI via the AUDI service plan I LUCKILY took out. Booked into AUDI at the nearest centre Preston for a full service as required for the plan. Audi came back with £1299 worth of faults on the vehicle - 2 being immediate action required. - Suspension Other -osr lower spring plate torn - Tyres 3MM or less - Rear brake pads 70% worn AUDI actually covered the Suspension THANK GOD because I called the dealership today after driving 2000 miles, here is how it went. I explained to the dealership the problem, their response was ‘so why are you phoning?’ ‘All the cars on this forecourt will have worn tyres and brake pads’ ‘Well it passed our MOT and service we did 1 day before you took it’ All of the above are classic red flags and to try and get themselves out of the Consumer rights Act 2015 - this was was not sold fit for purpose, plus admitting they put on dodgy MOTs and services. I never received ANY service paperwork for this vehicle. I will escalate to the finance provider now to open a complaint, as I wouldn’t be expecting to spend £1,200 after 2 months of ownership. Although, the garage say ‘well it is a used car’ - a £17,000+ used car that is brand new to me and extremely derogatory to say something like that.
Been to elite motors a few times over the years and been greeted with helpful staff, sold my car there and I got the price I was looking for and it was a straight forward sale, they are always there as a helping hand and when i have any questions about cars. they are always there to help, would 100% recommend great family car dealership
I had a really positive experience with this garage 4 months ago and can’t fault their service or vehicles. When I bought a car from them it was absolutely spotless, I’ve had no issues at all and the the salesmen were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I also purchased a 15 month warranty at a great value with the car. The whole process was extremely simple with no stress at all. Thank you for everything I am extremely pleased with my car and cannot recommend this garage enough.
