I had a wonderful experience buying my first Swift Sprite Major caravan at Burlingham Caravans. Cameron was fab throughout the whole process by listening intently to what I wanted, showing us round a range of beautiful caravans & ensuring the sale, handover and delivery of my new purchase was all completed swiftly and seamlessly. I really liked the warranty, starter pack and delivery aspects which Cameron, and Phil & Ashley kindly arranged quickly and efficiently for me with super professionalism & approachability. My advice would be to stay clear and look elsewhere Purchased a van had nothing but issues, was ignored for months due to lack of communication their end and staff leaving Came out on 3 occasions to fix a leak, had to take shower unit out causing further damage and attempted to repair with glue Got independent engineer out confirmed damp but they fobbed off Tried to advise they were doing me a good will gesture by repairing it as wasn’t covered despite the issue arising after 1 month Reported to finance company who sent someone out and rejected saying it was my fault, i glued the shower as the no dealership in the right mind would of botched those repairs Can categorically tell you they did!  See images below If you want good customer service or you want something of quality avoid at all costs

I travelled from Republic of Ireland to pick up caravan which we hadn’t even seen. Having read all the great reviews and spoke on numerous occasions with Alec who gave us great confidence in the condition of the caravan we put down a deposit. Picked up circa 3 weeks later. Everything as described and in perfect condition. Couldn’t find any fault with the service or caravan. Excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.

Recently bought my first caravan from Burlingham. I didn't really have any wish to buy elsewhere as the standard of preparation, friendly advice and low preassure sales was exactly what you expect from a family run business.  Having looked at stock at other well known dealers for the sake of comparison of different layouts, it was obvious that the quality of the Caravans on offer and the presentation of sales stock at Burlingham was 2 or 3 notches higher even on older vans.  Their starter kit, accessory sales and workshop as well as warrany, detailed service and PDI with receipts detailing the checks including the all important damp check provided peace of mind to my wife and I as caravan novices buying a mid priced used van.  Handover, going through all the equipment and processes a lot of basic questions from us newbies was no problem and flexibility with timing helped enormously. We look forward to getting out over Autumn and winter and will be returning for service, maintenance and future purchases.

I bought a caravan from Burlingham a few months ago now and the whole experience was great from start to finish. They didn't pressure me into anything and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make a decision that I felt happy with! Really happy with the service from the team and the caravan I purchased. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who's in the market for a new caravan!

Excellent service, not pushy sales and genuine advice and help aiding my eventual decision to purchase. We felt that here we would receive full continuity from a great friendly and trustworthy team of people.
