7 days before our holidays I fancied a change, turned up on day 1, ordered day 2, collected on day 6, was 300 miles away in the new van on day 7. Cameron was great to deal with, caravan was perfect, had a minor issue with the fridge when I got home so called for some guidance as we were going away that night, Andy from the workshop came out late in the evening with a spare part and we were fixed faster than the AA could get out and change a tyre. Would recommend a visit to Burlinghams if you're looking for a new caravan and want to be looked after.

Great experience, Alex and his team are fab, serve great coffee to. Extremely relaxed selling experience and highly recommended. We love our new caravan.

I popped in for a short length of water pipe to fix a leak, they were super helpful in the shop and have a huge range of spare parts, great to have on my doorstep

My advice would be to stay clear and look elsewherenPurchased a van had nothing but issues, was ignored for months due to lack of communication their end and staff leavingnCame out on 3 occasions to fix a leak, had to take shower unit out causing further damage and attempted to repair with gluenGot independent engineer out confirmed damp but they fobbed offnTried to advise they were doing me a good will gesture by repairing it as wasn’t covered despite the issue arising after 1 monthnReported to finance company who sent someone out and rejected saying it was my fault, i glued the shower as the no dealership in the right mind would of botched those repairsnCan categorically tell you they did! Just purchased our 3rd caravan from Burlingham caravans an Elddis crusader auuro as always the service was excellent in them finding us the perfect caravan for us we were given a delivery date the van was brought to our seasonal pitch and sited for us wheel lock put on thanks to Ashley slight problem with a front blind which was rectified quickly for us we were very happy with the professional service we received sue and jack taylor Bolton
