I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned. When I got it back it had marks all over it that weren't there when I took it in. They told me that they didn't know what had happened and that these marks wouldn't come out. They were really unhelpful and didn't seem to care. I took my dress to a different cleaners who got all the marks out, in fact the dress came back as good as new. A totally unprofessional service, they don't know what they are doing!
