Elite were very efficient and professional. A small firm compared to the other estate agents we contacted; however they out shone the rest in personality and commitment. Janet is very enthusiastic and handles the whole sale; which is the key difference with Elite compared to the rest. This avoids communication errors and provides the buyer and vendor a reliable and effective agent who is always contactable.Janet goes the extra mile to achieve the sale. I would strongly recommend Elite Estate agents.

Bought a house through elite and they were absolutely amazing. Had issues with other party and Janet sorted it all. Very friendly and communication is second to none. Would recommend and use again. Top class Jamie and Laura

It is really great to have agent like Elite. They really help you out with everything and they are doing their best for your settle. It is not forgettable what they have done for me.

We first started using the services of Elite Estates in 2010 when we decided to rent out our family home for a period of 3 years. This was handled expertly by Alan Lowery who found us a lovely family who looked after our property well. He fully managed the contract and kept us informed on a regular basis. Great service! In 2013 we once again called on Alan's expertise ,this time to sell a property for us. This went completed smoothly and we moved back into our family home. In 2016 we decided to downsize to a bungalow and naturally we contacted Alan. He introduced us to Janet Wilson, Sales Manager - what a delight she is!! Janet marketed our home with such knowledge and enthusiasm and was on hand at all times to keep not only us, but our eventual purchasers , up to date with the proceedings - very impressive! Our sale completed in August 2017 We have had experience of both Sales and Lettings with Elite Estates and we do - without doubt- fully recommend them. Ken & Josie Potts
