No stars from me I had click a star to post . I booked an appointment with eleven this week no prob, they messaged me yesterday to ask if I could move my appointment I said of course. Now after choosing this place over 5 others to have my eyelashes done for the weekend as I have a wedding , they cancel my appointment 2 hours before I'm due to go now I have nothing ...you can't do this to people . If you didn't think you could do it , you should of told me when I booked it . Bad customer service. Shame because I would of used this place for more !! Won't now , can't trust them.... Update ....you have just messaged me saying you didn't want to keep me waiting to make it look as though it was my fault , all you asked "in the week" if I could come in at 3.15 instead of 3 which I had no problem with , you cancelled my appointment 2 hours before I was due ... You knew there might of been a prob ...I'm gutted I thought I could rely on a salon ..

I highly recommend ELEVEN I will not trust anywhere else the most calm, peaceful and friendly environment. I have been in for henna, lamination brows and nails and they have gone and done it every time it has been everything I expected and more. The nail Inspo picture and my nails are identical. Really nice salon, I always get my hair cut here and the girls do a great job, easily the best beauty salon/hairdressers in the area. I highly recommend ELEVEN.
