I am so thrilled with my experience here!  This is my second time here after a pretty unpleasant experience the first time- a young man did my nails and really rushed through them. I got a full set and they were uneven, the top coat peeled off after a day, they chipped like crazy, and he was rough with my hands. It just felt like he didn’t want to be there. Fair enough, but not the experience I was hoping for.  I decided to try again and I’m SO glad I did! I got a nice lady named Kati I really hope I spelled that right and she was WONDERFUL. Incredible attention to detail, lovely hand massage, good colour advice and she had a very warm presence. I felt SO well taken care of.  I feel like a million bucks with my nails looking this good- I will definitely be back to see her!

I have been going here for about a year now and I am always a happy client. It is always clean and they post their sterilization reports which is nice to see. My nails always look fabulous and my hands and feet always feel so nice. For my wedding in September, they were able to create a unique "galaxy" nail art for me which was amazing. I always get compliments on my nails :

Got a pedicure on Thursday. Sunday afternoon and half the gel/shellac

My best friend and I both got pedicures, our nails look great and the technician did a great job exfoliating and smoothing our feet. There weren't many staff but everyone was very friendly. We were welcome to sit in the massage chairs and chat for as long as we wanted after our toes were dry. I'll definitely come back!

The worst nails I've ever gotten, I wanted French tips on all nails except the ring finger where I wanted a couple hearts and gems instead. It took TWO HOURS for a simple set that came out looking awful. They would do a French tip, then wipe it off and redo it , on every single finger. Same thing with the ring finger with the hearts, but by the second or third time redoing it they must have given up, they gave me big circular blobs. I made it clear I didn't want them filled in but they did, making it just a big circle. Instead of adding the gems I wanted they put poke dots instead around the circular blobs. Before the top coat I realized they were planning on leaving them like this so I said just cover that with sparkles please I can't leave like that. As If this wasn't all bad enough, the nails are now POPPING OFF. I've never had acrylic nails pop off like this she definitely not this fast. I can't speak for all the staff who might do a fine job, It was a young boy who did my nails who clearly needed more training. Work on the quality of your work, I'd rather have no nails than those atrocities. I will not being returning

It’s very reasonably priced, however the quality and cleanliness isn’t up to my standard. It really comes down to who you get. Unfortunately this time I noticed multiple air bubbles after leaving. Super disappointed.

Had acrylics done by a young man and the results were awful. Leftover product poking out, one of my nails wasn't even cured, designs were messy, and the shaping was bubbly around the cuticle and inconsistent. I came back the next day to get a few of the worst nails redone by the same guy, free of charge and they felt a little better.  After removal, I discovered MASSIVE crescent pits left behind at the base of my nails. It’s taken 5 months and they’re just now growing out. I never want to get my nails done again lol.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new nail salon and boy they did not disappoint!  The attention detail, application and service was absolutely amazing.  I will certainly be coming back regularly.
