Tony and his team at "Elegant John” completely refurbished our bathroom in our old terrace house in 2017. Right from the first meeting we were struck by Tony’s positivity and fantastic “can-do” attitude, which we had not got from other companies we approached. He called around to the house in person to give us a quote, looked at the space, listened to our ideas, and was extremely reassuring that almost any barriers could be overcome as well as giving his own helpful suggestions to maximize the space. He helped advise us on our design and fittings to allow us to stay within our budget while still using quality products. We had two small adjoining bathrooms completely stripped out and two new ones built, which required walls and soil pipes to be moved, with new toilets and bath fitted and a built in cupboard for a washer and drier. Once the work started we found the whole team to be wholly professional, very friendly and completely trustworthy, as well as tidy and efficient. Lisa in the office was also excellent at answering all questions and getting back to emails quickly. One item we had selected was delivered incorrectly and once we noticed it, it was sorted within the day and without any quibbles. A few months have passed since completion and there was one minor issue we had to report but this was fixed the next day. We would definitely recommend Elegant John bathrooms, Tony and his team.
