One stop shop for all it bathroom stuff  ... and staff brilliant and friendly

Extremely poor customer service. Was waiting months for a job to be completed only to be let down by a tiler not showing up. Store owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Am still awaiting a reply to the complaint I made at the start of November. Would not recommend this store.
