Booked a half set of mink lash extensions, the technician gave me exactly the length and curl I wanted, they looked very natural and took an hour as discussed, cost £50. The reason I give three stars is because I got the lashes done on Thursday and by Monday they had thinned so much on one eye that I had to go get infills. Got those at Angel beauty round the corner and that was a massive mistake!! So def don’t go there! Just make sure they clean your eyes properly before they start here.

I've been getting my nails done by Rae for a while now, and have always had a positive experience! All the girls are very warm and welcoming, and always offer a coffee as soon as I walk in, which is usually much needed!!! Rae is great, very professional, chatty and very patient when I'm being a pain with choosing colours! She always takes her time showing me colours and helps me choose! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

First time trying Elegance and I had a really great waxing experience with Kerry. She and the staff were really friendly and made me feel very welcome to the salon.
Kerry is clearly experienced and for the first time ever, my wax was painless and I didn't feel sore afterwards. I've never before had that at any other salon I've tried. The salon itself is also lovely and very professional. One of the best waxes I've ever had, never going anywhere else again and I can't wait to try other treatments. I'd definitely recommend Elegance to anyone.

 I had a manicure in this salon three times and I am really disappointed. The worst experience  in my life🤢 Process is very painful, innacurate, in result my manicure doesn’t look even, nails look different, a had a nail extension and my nail looks just disgusting and still hurts when I touch it.
At first I thought that this salon is good because they use good quality materials, have nice comfortable website but that’s all they have.. Workers are unqualified, especially Kerry and Megan; I had a nail extension yesterday and at first sight you can see that this nail looks just TERRIBLE, it’s length looks like 2 weeks passed after appointment. 15 minutes gone to do nail extension on two nails and that’s really not a lot, the same was with another workers whom with I had a manicure, they do manicure very fast and it hurts a lot, and they also don’t do anything with cuticle, if they do it is not native and very fast. Three workers did my manicure and all of them were not good. I hope I don’t have an infection🤢
If this is the best beauty salon in Cambridge as people say, I don’t think will do any manicure in this city anymore

I booked an appointment at 8pm having explained I needed to start on time because I've got a bad back. 8.25pm still waiting, I walked out, disappointed
