We've all heard of somebody who has cut their own hair, made a tragic mess if it, and had to rush to the nearest hairdressers to get it fixed. Well, I never thought I would have to do this in reverse. They did a terrible, rushed job of my hair, made worse by the fact that the staff weren't very friendly and didn't even offer to take my coat. I ended up hastily rushing home to finish the job. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Booked myself in for my first appointment with Jarrold Norman for a wet hair cut on a Friday afternoon. I arrived on time with my hair wet ready for a cut only to be told sorry they overbooked and I will have to wait over half an hour. By then my hair would have dried and the whole exercise pointless.Dissappointed and unimpressed first impression. Waste of my time.
