Delighted with my purchases from Elegance for my sons wedding next year. A huge thanks to Doreen for her very personal attention and patience, nothing was any trouble. Great choice of outfits and accessories. I would certainly visit again.

A huge thank you to Doreen for helping me choose a beautiful outfit for my son's wedding in July. The Boutique had been recommended to me & I wasn't disappointed. I visited the shop on my own. I was very unsure of what I was looking for. Doreen put me at ease & allowed me to try on many different outfits. There was no sales pressure, she just gave me kindly advice at what suited my shape & colouring. I chose an outfit & Doreen kept it aside to allow me to make a further visit with a friend. On my second visit I bought the outfit with matching shoes & bag. Six weeks before my son's wedding I felt the shoes not as comfortable as I had first thought. Doreen, without any hesitation allowed me to return them & choose another pair of shoes & matching bag. I hired a lovely hat which completed my outfit. Thank you so much for being so professional & helpful & making the experience so pleasurable. A great overall service. My daughter has just got engaged so I'll be back to choose another outfit. I popped in on my way through Helensburgh last weekend without an appointment, and luckily managed to get a slot a short while later. Within minutes I was made to feel completely at ease and the assistant sorry I didn't catch your name was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. I tried a number of dresses from the wide selection available but unfortunately didn't find 'the one'. Despite that it was a very positive experience for me and I'll definitely return. As well as a good selection of dresses they also sell accessories and have hats to hire. Thank you so much, you were so helpful and I really wanted to buy my dress from you but sadly it wasn't to be!

Cant thank Doreen enough for today!! From the minute my daughter and I walked through the door she couldn't have been more helpful!! I can honestly say I am a creature of habit but with Doreens expertise I stepped out of it and Doreen choose one that I liked but would not have even bothered to try on!! WOW!! .. I  am so pleased I tried it on as I fell in love with it and feel really special in it.  I feel so elegant and sophisticated in it and my daughter loved it too!! With Doreens help I chose my shoes and bag and even a hat!! I would highly  recommend Elegance Boutique to everyone who wants to feel special on their Son or Daughters big day!!! Fantastic outfits too much to choose from.... I could have bought several  mother of grooms outfit thank you once again for making me feel so special. The staff are second to none they are so understanding and very honest. Loved this shop going back for an outfit for my friends wedding.

I am really delighted with this new, elegant, shop in Helensburgh.  What a find, the clothes are just wonderful and as for the accessories - you need to go and look. On this occasion I had been looking for a special style of hat, which needed to be different and a specific black and white to go with an outfit -  the Proprietor was so helpful and gave great advice.  I visited on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning she had not only found the right hat but ordered it overnight from her supplier and it was in her shop.  It was exactly what I was looking for and not to expensive.  She hires hats out too.  Friendly, caring and with a great eye for style and colour  most impressive..  Look out Catherine of Partick, there is a new and elegant shop in competition and I know it will do extremely well. I shall certainly revisit.

An amazing wee shop! I've been twice for special occasions and each time the staff found the perfect dress. Full range of accessories too. Staff extremely helpful
