El Bahia
"Since the year 2000 we have had a little bit of Morocco in the heart of Dublin where the decor, the music and especially the food create an authentic Moroccan atmosphere reminiscent of Marrakesh. Irish people have shown a great appetite for authentic Moroccan food. I'm sure when you come and visit us you'll know why...To make your visit a truly unique experience the restaurant has four dining rooms, each decorated differently including tents. The various room sizes offer an ideal location for private parties whether social events or business functions. For more information please do not hesitate to contact the restaurant.Ireland's first authentic Moroccan restaurant situated at the corner of Wicklow St and Clarendon St. adjacent to Brow"

Wonderful Moroccan food. We had both the couscous in the menu. Portions are really generous and the flavour is great. The environment is nice, since the entrance at ground floor the stairs and the rooms are all adorned in Moroccan style. The waiters seemed nice too. This is a place we surely recommend.
Walked in this evening as my parents and myself had wanted Moroccan food, as I walked up the stairs I was approached by the a curly haired host , I kindly said hi would you have a table for 3 by any chance while smiling. She shut me down straight away saying “ no the kitchen is busy have a nice evening” implying then I should turn around and leave. I Have never experienced someone so rude. I was so disappointed, you Should really re consider who you have as the face of the restaurant approaching customers. Wont ever be returning and will be sharing my experience through social media.
I may have been unlucky, seen as the other reviews seem largely positive. However I had a vegetarian couscous and found it very unappetising, unevenly heated, poorly flavoured with a strange gone-off buttery taste. House red wine was not good either. Cannot honestly recommend.
We had to wait hours before being served. The merguez were not very hot. The waiter was not very welcoming. There is a service charge for a table of more than 5 which is not a law in Ireland as the waiter explained... To sum up.... Choose another restaurant.
Real Moroccan cuisine, tajin, couscous and more. Staff very nice and helpful. Romantic atmosphere, choice of wine unfortunately Moroccan wine and beer not available. We can recommend one of the best soup Harira - better than we tried in Morocco- Chicken Tajin and Chicken Bastille sweet and spicy chicken with almond wrapped in pastry. All starters absolutely fantastic. 5* !!!
Amazing food !! The couscous it's the best one I ever tried!!! I will super recommend and I think I will be back multiple times. Owner and waitress so nice and kindly.
Cute little place, designed as per Moroccan aesthetics. I haven't been to Morocco but I assume the design was authentic. In terms of food, big caveat that I haven't had Moroccan food before so my review is on how I thought the food tasted, not specifically how good of a Moroccan restaurant this is. Ordered the Chicken Tagine. It was very well cooked and chicken was tender. In terms of flavour, it was a bit mild/lacking for me. The hostess was very helpful in suggesting what to order /not to order. Good takes a fair bit of time to arrive so plan accordingly.
Arrived at 6PM for our booking, and the doors were locked. No one picked up the phone when we rang to see what was going on. So, unfortunately, I cannot review the food that I was so looking forward to.
If you want to go on holiday to Morocco for an hour or two and sample the flavours of the Maghreb this is the spot. The Elham Bi Tmar tajine was flavourful and succulent with a generous portion of lamb and plenty of fig and dates. while the house red was very decent. I’ll be back soon!
I entered at 910 and was told order quickly if I want to eat, as they were closing. The timing were different on Google and the manager started to argue when I stated about it's timing online. Rude and arrogant staff don't go
