Egerton Manor farm, was in a peaceful scenic place. You are surrounded by several fields, some cows close by. We went camping and chose a pitch by a stone table and the cows next to us & the facilities on site are easily accessable, toilet and a warm shower room. The hosts were all very welcoming, really helpful and friendly . There are places close by to visit from here, including a couple of farm shops with great produce and Malpas village is 10m in the car. Would highly recommend staying here for camping, there is also cottages to rent out which looked lovely. Thank you for the stay
Just returned back from a 3 night stay as a Caravan & Motorhome member with our caravan. We had the most wonderful time, the most peaceful and tranquil place, we were very lucky to have a whole field all to ourselves and our two labradors had an equally amazing time. Tim the host was a perfect gentleman and most helpful on informing us on local places to visit or eat out. Will definitely be returning and thank you Tim. Sarah & Andy Evans
We asked for a dog friendly place and found here. We asked for a room and were told the dog friendly room wasn't available and we were welcome to stay in it but the dogs would need to stay in the car for the three nights....eh, no way! Not really dog friendly then.
Set in a beautifully manicured gardens in the heart of rural Cheshire countryside. This beautifully presented guesthouse was everything that we could have asked for. We had our own private courtyard outside our lovely period room with tea/coffee and hot chocolate available. The hosts were very friendly and attentive and the breakfasts were excellent with good quality produce and tailored to personal preference. The home made jams were superb too. We would definitely return in the future and would highly recommend!
Arrived at the site to be greeted by Tim, whom showed us around the area. He kindly showed us the shower area and toilet facilities. All which where in spotless condition. Also pointed out where we could place our rubbish. The area we camped on was clean, lots of space to walk around. And they have a lovely area where they house their rescued hens. Lovely place to stay and we will definitely be back again
Just coming to the end of a 4 night stay here. Tim is a fantastic host and happy to chat! The grounds are fantastic, well kept, quirky and full of hidden surprises! Would recommend anyone to visit.
Absolutely beautiful from the accommodation to the surroundings the hosts and the breakfast a perfect retreat.Rooms: 5/5
We stayed here a few years ago over Christmas, including Christmas day. The breakfasts were amazing, even on Christmas morning. We woke up one morning with snow on the ground and amazing views all round, walking by the duck pond in the snow was so pretty, and views across to the hills. We had a four poster bed which was rather regal & different
We needed somewhere to chill out a few days, so trawled the internet for a farm cottage. What a gem of a find . Beautifully clean and presented. Very comfy bed and even a wood burner. Best of all a lovely south facing, private courtyard garden. I think we will be returning to Bewley Cottage. ps Louis the dog loves it too
A lovely quiet liitle site in the grounds of a beautiful old Manor Farm. Lovely gardens complete with Duck Pond & Doves. The owners were very accommodating & helpful. We stayed over New Year so the pitches where too wet to put out Motorhome on, so we stayed on the hard standing path not a problem with this as it was just as good. The showers & toilets where closed down because of the frosts so cannot comment on them again not a problem for us a we expected this at this time of year.
