What a rude horrible man! My daughter first visit she was absolutely terrified and when seen he had a go coz we was 2 minutes late(sat in waiting room 2 minutes) then he pointed out we was 4 minutes late , absolutely disgusting service , where was he’s “bedside manner” knowing people have a fear of dentists!!!!! Would not recommend this practice to my enemies!!!!!

My mother in law saw Dr Berry, absolutely unprofessional, was ignorant and rude. Will be putting in a complaint!

Just changed to this practice.after 25yrs previous dentist have been a few times and found very good and helpful would recommend a visit remember know one likes going to the dentist

Mr gangi and francesca were fantastic today, i was in absolute agony, and they painlessly solved my abscess and booked me back in to finish a root canal

Been going here for a while and they have always been really good, had recent surgery and the denture I was given was nothing like the colour of my teeth, it was very obvious when I wore it, went to arrange another one first visit was great but needed to wait for a HC2 form as I'd recently gone back to uni, received form and phoned today for appointment the girl was unbelievably unhelpful I go to uni and work two jobs and she kept giving me daytime appointments or school run appointments when I pointed this out her response was that she diddent have kids so she diddent know when the school run was, in the next breath telling me after school appointments are taken up by school children, then insinuating it was my fault I couldent get an appointment coz I was waiting for my certificate, she then offerd me an appointment on 11th December (two months away) in the end I told her I would find another dentist, it's a shame becouse this dentist has always been really good I have a pretty severe phobia and they up until recently were brilliant with me, but I have now found another dentist who have five star reviews and can fit me in next week! What a shame
