I have been using Eden Park Motors in Catford for over 15 years now, and every single visit has been an outstanding experience. Their service is second to none, with transparent and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help. Special mention to Dean and Gavin—these two are brilliant to talk to. Whenever I have issues with my vehicle, they are upfront about what needs to be done and provide clear, detailed explanations of the costs involved. Their honesty and professionalism are truly commendable. There have been numerous occasions when they managed to accommodate me early in the morning without a prior appointment, which speaks volumes about their dedication to customer service. That kind of flexibility and care is rare and deeply appreciated. I would also like to highlight Jeffrey, their specialist electrical engineer, who is exceptional at his job. His expertise and attention to detail are remarkable. Thank you, Dean, Gavin, Jeffrey, and the entire team at Eden Park Motors, for consistently going above and beyond. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. Your service is truly appreciated!
Great garage, staff are always very helpful, especially Dean. Have used them multiple times now for servicing, M.O.T. and some other work. Competitively priced. Would definitely recommend them.
My last two MOT’s on my car have been quick and easy they have always communicated really well. I took my camper in recently because I was paranoid after cleaning some sensors that in fact I had broken them and was also worried about my exhaust as it’s definitely seen better days and thought it was leaking. They checked both out and within a couple of hours were ringing me back. Keep in mind I rang on the day and asked if they would take a look and they said bring it down. They cleared both issues up and now I don’t have the worry when driving. When I asked about payment they said don’t worry about it as it was relatively quick. Amazing customer service and also very detailed in the feedback given. Top garage will be recommending to my friend’s.
Wow, what can I say? These guys are great they really helped me out if I could give them more then 5 stars I would halfords tried to rip me of for work that didnt need to take place made up problems but the guys at Eden park fit me in last minute and explained everything that I needed doing and how it could be spread out and a good price to. Nice, honest, great workers. I can't thank you enough. I recommend these guys for all the work you need to do. I will be using them exclusively from now on.
As an owner of a "classic car", I really felt taken care of here. These guys are enthusiastic about my vehicle and given it the attention it needed. They've been able to squeeze me in last minute a few times their rates are honest and reasonable. They were able to diagnose issues, allowed me to get parts shipped directly to them and have had pretty good communication throughout the repairs. If you have a classic or older car, I'd recommend these guys. So many garages in London won't touch anything too old. Which is surprising as they're so much easier to work on!
10/10! I cannot express how wonderful the guys in this garage are. As a young female, that does not know much about cars, going into a garage can sometimes be a daunting experience, but not here! My car had to be towed and they were able to fix it and fit it in for a service. They are so good at what they do, do not rip you off and are welcoming. If you are looking for a local garage, I cannot recommend them enough. They will explain everything to you and try and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you for turning an awful experience into such a positive one!

Very good service was offered on my first MOT test with them. Impressed with the facilities they have for the waiting customers. Clean Toilet, Water, Hot drinks, comfy sitting. I had a major defect and a minor and advisory. The quotes given looked expensive to me. I got it done from elsewhere and got the retest done. Staff member who served me did asked me if I have to recheck only for faults or not - I said yes, They only checked the major defect. I felt the communication would have been more clearer, as I still have the minor fault on my certificate where as its resolved now. This was my first time failing the MOT test in last 6 years, first ever in this Country, defiantly there should have been more consideration around the comms. Room to improve certainly.
Unbelieveable high prices for some repairs. Was quoted almost £500 for a repair, took my car to big chain garage KwikFit , quoted half the price. Labour charge & VAT is way to high @ Eden motors. Stealing customers money, like money is water. Dissappointed as this was the closest & convinient place to me. Would advise Eden Motors to rethink price list for everything.
Great service ,very honest and helpful, would highly recommend to anyone .10/10
