Excellent Service we order yesterday , and they delivery todaynThanks .
What a shame this use to be such a good company with outstanding service. Please do not order we ordered Monday as still no idea when we will get our stock. Order cancelled. This seems to be norm with this company in the summer they just haven’t got a clue anymore. Next day delivery doesn’t exit with them, they seemed baffled with that saying! No more excuses with staffing it’s NOT there fault!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYnnI made an order on the Monday, it is now Friday and still no delivery, delivery date has been constantly moved along due to the lack of communication from the drivers. Apparently they do turn up but they don't contact anyone and just leave. Each supposedly delivery date I have been made to wait 2 hours, with constant chase up calls on my behalf and false hope and information being comunicated to me by the sales department.nnI have never experienced such poor service. No communication from sales team to depot, got told off by depot for contacting them personally, even though I was given their number by a member of the sales team. To top my whole terrible experience off, when I requested to speak to someone in charge, apparently there was no one about to take my call. Each phone call I have made, there has been no solutions and no efforts to resolve my issue.nnAll I am requesting is for my delivery to be delivered and yet the company as a whole has failed to do this.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Placed a order nearby 2 weeks ago & still waiting for it. Since then I’ve placed another order. Also bought a walls freezer & waiting for free stock. If it doesn’t get delivered in 2 days I want the freezer removed & a full refund!!
very poor service ordered last Tuesday for Friday delivery, after much chasing told wont be with us until at least Monday, rang Monday told they couldn`t guarantee it would be hear this week. Ordered from elsewhere and out of courtesy rang on Tuesday to tell Eden Farm to cancel and they tell me its on its way. too late it will be refused. terrible customer service!!! oh and they want to charge surcharges for deliveries.
