This is the first time that I have worked through an agency so cannot compare to other agencies. I found Eden Brown to be very professional and extremely helpful, in particular Carly Barber who was very pleasant and answered all my questions with patience and good humour. I was quickly matched to a job which is working out well. Happy to give 5 stars.
Poor recruitment agency that you can never get through too and they take ages before you get a response when you email. Whenever you call the main number on the website it just rings out and then goes into a recorded message. Is this really how a recruitment agency are supposed to work ?????

Eden Brown assigned me a role at Lambeth Council working for the Director of Integrated Commissioning and Community Safety. They were professional from the onset and matched me perfectly to the role.
Signed up with them years ago and only heard from then ONCE! I've sent a series of emails but either people moved on or they couldn't be bothered to respond back! Only contact if you want your time wasted is my view!Sighhh
