Had a job in Basildon and needed some materials. Purely by chance I stumbled across these guys. Superb shop, lots of knowledge, good stocks and extremely competitive. Don't bother with the others, just go to Eddiz! Thanks again from Boreham Heating Services.

bit late on the review as it was last year, but better late than never...lol very helpful needed pipes and fittings for a large aquarium, sorted me out no problem as i didnt have a clue....hubby had to go a couple of times after work to get things and he even stayed later for him..... thank you

I honestly can't praise this company highly enough. I found Eddiz through strong recommendation. I went in just for one very awkward to fit and hard to find item. Eddy himself is an ex plumber and so has even more extensive knowledge than a general salesman. He spent a LOT of time and patience researching and finding the exact right thing for me. I was so impressed that I wanted my complete bathroom, plus accessories from them. I was unwell at the time and unable to visit again, so they even hand delivered all the relevant brochures from Basildon to my house in Rayleigh. They knew this was my first new bathroom for 25 years and things have changed a lot, This meant I needed a LOT of extra guidance and advice over the phone. They even sent a written note of pages and item numbers for recommended items. All the items were delivered for free and on time by very nice helpful staff. There were a couple of small manufacturing faults (definitely not down to Eddiz). They sorted it out instantly and re-delivered the replacement items in a flash. Whenever I phoned them, Eddie and his staff were always very helpful, polite and professional. I thoroughly recommend Eddiz to anyone needing a good, honest, reliable and reasonably priced company to trust. Many thanks to all concerned from Ruth Archer in Rayleigh
