I had a positive experience with Edan Recovery via my breakdown provider earlier this week. I was in a hazardous position after my car completely lost power on the dual carriageway with no layby available to pull into. Dan who attended to my car was friendly and loaded it on quickly and with care. The response time exceeded my expectations and was quicker than the already reasonable ETA given by my breakdown provider. Great communication all-round and I would highly recommend to anyone. Both parties made what was a stressful situation, that bit easier. Thank you again :

The mechanic they sent to tow me home had to also deal with me passing out with heat exhaustion! Absolute hero of a bloke. Can't remember his name as I was quite disorientated but I know it was his first day with the company. I would recommend this company to anyone

We had a great experience when Liam came to help us when the car wouldn’t start. Liam arrived within about half an hour less than we were told to expect and he had such a positive demeanour and attitude that made sure we became happy customers. Liam also explained what he was doing and what he found and offered a couple of tips to ensure we would get home safely. We’d rather not break down again but if we did we’d be very happy if Liam turned up to help.

Picked up this evening from Stansted to home forgot to catch drivers name but so friendly and helpful and on hottest day of year arranged through rescuemycar.com highly recommend.

Liam recovered my vehicle and he was absolutely brilliant. My battery was flat, but still under warranty. He escorted me all the way to the retailer in case I stalled or the car turned off again & then also explained the issue to the retailer, who wanted to confirm for themselves the battery was the problem. He then stuck around to also explain what he'd found to the retailers own engineers, to make sure they honoured my warranty. He really made sure I was okay before leaving, which I thoroughly appreciated. Absolutely above and beyond, I'll definitely be calling again if ever anything goes wrong with my car! Thank you so much Liam!
