Had been looking for a certain car for about 4 months, saw one advertised at Top Notch Cars, rang Christian, arranged a viewing the same afternoon. Left to view the car with no hassle or pressure. Took the car for a test drive and did the deal. During the period of doing the deal and collecting the car, Christian notified me that the reversing camera was not working correctly. He ordered a genuine part, and two weeks later came to my place of work to fit it. Great experience and would highly recommend. I also love the car.

I have bought my cars from Top Notch Cars for the last few years and have always been happy. I currently have a Vauxhall Astra which I purchased back in 2011. I needed a reliable, diesel car as I travel a lot with work and was working to a tight budget. Christian sourced this car especially for me with all of this in mind and it is still going strong. The car was in perfect condition with only one previous owner and a full service history. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Top Notch Cars and will be going there again for my next purchase.

I purchased a Mazda 6 business line 2.2D 2012 62 in October 2015 priced at £7795. My wife and myself visited the Top Notch show room to view an Audi A4 but on arriving I was very impressed with the look of the Mazda 6. We had a look at all the stock and whilst I was Tempted by a Range Rover sport with its number plate having my initials on it, my wife very firmly pointed out to me that it was a lot more money than she wanted me to spend!! Back to the Mazda 6 and I asked for a test drive and it drove as good as it looked. Christian and his staff were friendly and helpful and at no time tried to sell us any of their cars. I felt very relaxed and I instigated the purchase. A few days after purchasing the car the SatNav developed a fault, this was resolved by Christian very promptly and has been fine since. I would not hesitate in recommending Top Notch Cars and will be back to purchase our next car.

After looking around for a new van the one I purchased from Top notch is fantastic, no pressure to buy Christian let me look around it in my own time. Customer service and communication was first class, Christian really pushed for the van to be ready for me which I really appreciated knowing he was busy, his attention to detail was second to none making sure the van was gleaming for me. Highly recommend you check out the cars here, he goes above and beyond for new and old customers, he had just got back from a drive to Southampton collecting a car for a customer and he was out on the forecourt prepping mine. Can’t beat that for service.

On Saturday 3rd June 2016, I bought my 2012 Ford Focus Estate from Top Notch Cars for £6590. We hadn’t called ahead when we went to see the car on the previous day. Sadly, the car was being valeted at a nearby cleaner, so we thought we would not be able to see it, however Christian, the owner of Top Notch Cars, offered to take us to see the car in his car. When we arrived, he allowed us to look around the car without the normal awkward hovering of the owner you often get when buying a car. After a while, he came over to offer my husband and I a test drive of the car. Due to the unfortunately bad weather that day, I left mud on the car floor as the old car mats had been removed while the car was being cleaned, when we picked the car up the next day all the mud was gone. When we viewed the car we noticed a slight issue with the back bumper, we mentioned this to Christian and later when we were home he called to explain what the problem was and to tell us it had been fixed and sure enough when we picked up the car it was also sorted, I was surprised and impressed to find new car mats and a cleaning kit in the car. I understand the cars are handpicked by the owner Christian and he certainly has a keen eye for the best. All the staff we encountered at Top Notch Cars were polite and a pleasure to talk to and you get the feeling they are an informed good working team. When we went to get the car I mentioned about testing the air con worked ok and before I had finished saying about the air con, Christian had started the car and was checking the air con for us. They have a wonderful after sale service as we weren’t sure about the security code for the radio, so we asked about it after we had bought the car. They called up the Ford dealer, to check the situation on the radio, turns out its programmed for the car and so there is no security code required when the battery is disconnected when it is serviced. Honda CR-V Bought 01/08/2015 Price £2,499  This Vehicle looked in very good condition for its age.  It was exactly the type of car we were looking for and although at first I was a bit apprehensive as it was a lot bigger than I am used to I have found it a pleasure to drive.  The overall experience of buying from Top Notch Cars was very good.  The Staff were Helpful and informative and we did not feel under any pressure to buy.  All in all a very positive experience.

I bought a 2011 Astra diesel with stop start in 2014 for £6000. The car was spotless inside and out even the engine was clean. The staff were very friendly and did not push the sale and i was given a fair price for my old car. The staff answered all my questions and queries and I had all the paperwork done in 20 minutes. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good quality used car.

I purchased an 2010 Audi A4 Estate in January 2014 for £11,000. It was in good condition with a few scratches and stone chips but what you would expect for a car that had done 83,000 miles. Nearly 7 months later, I have not had a problem with the car. Staff were friendly and there was no hassle to purchase, very relaxed atmosphere. I would look at cars available to buy from Top Notch again in the future.

We purchased a Range Rover sport from Christian back in October 2016, and to say we were satisfied is a complete understatement.  We had looked at so many vehicles and travelled far and wide to see some 'immaculate cars" and when we arrived they were quite frankly rubbish - however with Top Notch it was exactly as described in the advert - a truly beautiful car! The negotiation and sale process with pleasant and stress free, and Christian was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle.  The past few months have been a dream - absolutely no problems with the vehicle at all - a truly Top Notch vehicle from a Top Notch seller - Highly Recommended !! xx

I bought a BMW 520d Touring in November 2014 for £14k. Great car, well presented with full dealer history. Spoke to Christian a couple of times on the phone then drove up on a Saturday morning, test drove, arranged a PX of my current Audi and drove away the same day. Very easy process and Christian was very straight forward and obliging to deal with. Subsequently found the air compressor and goo that are supplied instead of a spare tyre were missing but one phone call to Christian and he agreed to cover cost of replacement items - sent him receipts and money was transferred direct to my bank account. Excellent service!
